AlonLearn is the course system and sign-up system course producers use to sell courses at volume — a catalogue that converts, frictionless checkout with employer invoicing, segmented email marketing and participant administration across hundreds of courses. CHALLENGES
Course producers have their own logic. The catalogue is the shop window, the participant is the customer, the employer is often the one who actually pays, and the volume is too high for anything to be done manually. Four problems recur before AlonLearn is in place.
When selling courses is the main revenue, the course catalogue is the shop window. It must be searchable, filterable by subject areas, show price, dates and seats available in real time — without sending the participant on a chain of pages to understand the offer.
In the professional market, the participant is an employee and the employer pays. That requires a checkout where the participant can specify a different payer, EHF goes straight to the employer's accounting, and refunds and credit notes are handled without manual email chains.
Physical courses, eLearning, webinars and conferences run in parallel — often hundreds of courses a year with thousands of sign-ups. Participant administration must work at volume, not just for individual courses.
The right course to the right participant at the right time is the business difference. Generic mass mail harms the brand — course producers need segmented email lists based on subject area, past courses and geography.

The participant takes eLearning modules as introduction or subject preparation — often with an exam to be passed before they're let into the physical day.

WHAT A BLENDED COURSE PATH LOOKS LIKE
A certification programme can start with self-paced eLearning the participant must complete before the gathering, continue with a two-day physical intensive, and end with a follow-up webinar two weeks later. All in one learning path with shared sign-up, one invoice, and one certificate when the whole path is finished.
For the course producer that means higher price per participant, higher value in marketing, and structured reports to both participant and employer.
INVOICING AND PRICING
A professional course market means the participant is an employee, the employer is the customer, and pricing must differentiate by category and campaign. AlonLearn handles all the usual variants without manual follow-up.
The participant specifies the employer as invoice recipient directly at sign-up. EHF goes straight to the employer\'s accounting, or a regular invoice by email — without manual email chains.
Course fee with optional add-ons — accommodation, dinner, materials, certification fee. The participant picks at sign-up, everything ends up on one invoice.
Member/non-member pricing, partner discounts, speakers going free, time-limited early bird, and discount codes for promotions. Rules are set once and applied automatically.
